This year marks the 108th edition of the world famous Chicago Auto Show - a show has been held more times than any other auto show in North America. Since its initial debut in 1901, the Chicago Auto Show has been held every February at McCormick Place Convention Complex in historic Chicago, Illinois. Each year it continues to be one of the most-attended auto shows in the world.
Since 1935 the show has been presented by The Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA), the largest and oldest organization of metropolitan automobile dealerships in the United States. More than 1 million people attend this Chicago Car Show every year. The 2016 show will take place from February 13 through the 21. Press days begin on February 11.
The auto show is known for many things, but most vehicle manufacturers are impressed with the vast amount of exhibit space available to them. They use this space to their advantage to attract consumers. Foreign or domestic, you'll find information on virtually every vehicle available at the 2016 Show, including some exciting luxury cars from Jaguar. This year the automaker will have models of their XF, F-Type and XJ on the floor for consumers to check out. They'll also be debuting the 2017 XE and the 2017 F-PACE at the show.
What surprises are in store for the 2016 Chicago Auto Show?
